In
the references cited, the Government have requested to forward proposals for
regularization of the services of eligible persons who fulfill the conditions
mentioned therein to the Finance (HRM) Department for scrutiny and concurrence
before obtaining orders in circulation as per business rules.
A
copy of check list is enclosed herewith for regularization of services of
personal appointed on contract basis.
All
the Principals of TSWR Institutions are hereby directed to go through the check
list enclosed herewith and fill the information of the contract teachers
working under his/her control by verifying the original certificates (i.e.
Educational qualifications, caste, Date of birth (SSC), date of first
appointment orders and Local status) and attest on the copies of certificate
and submit to the concerned DCO along with enclosures by 12.04.2016 5.00 PM
without fail. Any false / incorrect information submitted, the concerned
Principal is held responsible for the lapse, necessary disciplinary and
criminal action will be initiated against the Principal and all the concerned.
In
view of the above, all the District Coordinators are hereby instructed to
obtain check list from the Principals concerned along with copies of proof
where ever is necessary as indicated in the check list. Further, all the DCOs
are hereby instructed to submit to the Head Office on or before 13.04.2016 by 12.00
PM through special messenger without fail.
This information should be treated
as MOST URGENT.
