Sub:- TSWREIS – 2018-19 – Deduction of  Income Tax  from monthly Salary of the employees working in TSWR Institutions as per Section-192 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 - Reg.

Ref:-Circular No. 29/2017,  Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, dated 5th December, 2017.

          All the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff working in TSWR Institutions drawing Gross Salary of more than Rs.2,50,000/- per annum are requested to furnish the Income particulars as well as savings particulars in the prescribed proforma enclosed to this Circular Memo for the financial year 2017-18 (from March,2017 to Feb. 2018) to the Principals concerned/RCOs so as to enable to deduct the Income Tax, if any, from January, 2018 salaries. Quoting of PAN No is mandatory for the employees who are in the Tax limits.
