Respected Sir,
We are requesting to solve the problems
which were submitted by FGRTEO immediately, otherwise we shall have to resort
to “MAHADHARNA” on 26-09-2015.
Demands :
Ø Extending
PRC 2015 by restoring the parity of Scales enhancing atleast three stages.
Ø Regularization
of services of Adhoc teachers, contract teachers, non-teaching employees and
daily wage workers.
Ø Formation
of Residential Educational Directorate by merging all Residential Educational
Institutions.
Ø Withdrawal
of punishment (increments) on non-achieving of targets under
Rule-28A and other punishments. Abolish the Rule 28A system.

Ø Providing
infrastructure facilities on war footing basis and enhancing percapita of
students.
Ø Abolishing
of contract system, sanction of regular posts, recruitment of all teaching and
non-teaching vacancies on regular basis.
Ø Extending
the facilities of Health Cards to the teachers and employees of all Residential
Societies.
Ø Counting
the contract service of newly regularized teachers by giving notional
increments.
Ø Allotment
of Telangana Residential staff in Telangana who are working in Andhra Pradesh
and shifting of non-local residential staff in Telangana to Andhra Pradesh.
Ø Implementation
of earlier agreements with the service associations in all societies.
